How songs, site content, app access, custom song rights, and usage expectations are handled.

Acceptance of terms

By using DJXtraMusic.com, the DJ XTRA Music Roku app, or the DJ XTRA Music Android app, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Personal use only

  • You may use the website, Roku app, and Android app for personal, non-commercial listening and browsing.
  • You may not copy, redistribute, re-upload, or commercially exploit songs or site content without written permission.
  • You may not attempt to interfere with site or app functionality.

Intellectual property

All music, audio, artwork, branding, logos, text, graphics, page design, and related content made available through DJ XTRA Music are owned by DJ XTRA Music and/or its owner, licensors, or content partners unless otherwise stated.

Custom song requests

Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance, production, delivery, or a specific timeline unless separately agreed in writing. Additional communication may be required before a request is accepted or a song is created.

Custom song ownership and rights

DJ XTRA Music retains ownership and copyright of all custom songs, including the lyrics, production, and final completed track. Clients receive permission for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing. Commercial use, resale, redistribution, monetization, or claiming ownership of the song is not permitted without written consent from DJ XTRA Music.

Availability and changes

DJ XTRA Music may change, update, remove, suspend, or discontinue songs, pages, features, or app content at any time without notice.

Third-party services

The Roku app operates through the Roku platform. The Android app operates through Android/Google services. The website may rely on third-party hosting, email, analytics, or embedded technologies. Those services may also have their own terms and policies.

The website and apps are provided on an as-is and as-available basis without guarantees of uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or permanent availability of all content.

Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
