All music, audio, artwork, branding, logos, text, graphics, page design, and related content made available through DJ XTRA Music are owned by DJ XTRA Music and/or its owner, licensors, or content partners unless otherwise stated.
Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance, production, delivery, or a specific timeline unless separately agreed in writing. Additional communication may be required before a request is accepted or a song is created.
DJ XTRA Music retains ownership and copyright of all custom songs, including the lyrics, production, and final completed track. Clients receive permission to use their custom song for personal, non-commercial use.
