How to request deletion of data associated with your use of the DJ XTRA Music Android app.

How to request data deletion

To request that your data be deleted, send an email to info@djxtramusic.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request - DJ XTRA Music.

In the body of the email, include any relevant information that may help identify the app data involved. DJ XTRA Music does not require account names for normal app use, but device or analytics identifiers can help with third-party service cleanup when available.

Requests will be processed within 7 business days.

Types of data deleted

Upon request, DJ XTRA Music will delete applicable information from third-party services such as Firebase, where available and technically possible.

  • Device identifiers: identifiers used to send push notifications.
  • Analytics data: usage activity such as songs played or searches tied to your device identifier.

Local app data

Your favorites or playlist data may be stored locally on your device. You can delete local data at any time by clearing the app cache/data in Android settings or by uninstalling the app.
